Without frequent pausing and analyzing of the gameplay, is it really even your content? The pausing allows you to contribute to the video enough to where it's a lot more of your work and not a raw reaction video, which you can find a lot on RUclips, especially the shorts.

the first set i played had ragewing swain as an attack speed scaling magic champ, i loved that build. i think artifacts were great, because there are broken combos to discover that are fun, but so rare that they aren't oppressive--in fact it's almost fun to lose to them so that you know to try it yourself if you get the spot. having artifacts where you didn't have much choice felt bad though. i hated artifact carousel, and also the visual design for them is pretty terrible--too many look very similar, which makes it unnecessarily frustrating to learn.

Man, I'm gonna be honest, you big creators need to start having a little care for the image you put out to your audiences. The game is growing at a good rate, according to Riot, and this set was no exception. There are, in fact, people who dislike it. Yes. Those people are also, according to my research, the group of people who take the game more seriously and tryhard every set. That could be wrong. Point is, yes, some people dislike set 11. What I can tell you for sure is that, if I'm someone who left the game to play other things but am considering coming back and this video popped up on my feed, I probably would stop considering. When big creators like you speak, most people see it as "an amplification of the people's voices", and if those voices are saying the set is boring, then everyone starts agreeing with it just by pure brainwashing. Now, you could argue that your videos represent only your opinion, and that is absolutely fair... unless your video is called "why do people hate set 11?". I hope I got my point across nicely, any resemblance of disrespect or malice, I swear to god, were born out of my possibly bad english.

I think the main thing to consider with pausing is the audience. If the video is just supposed to be a "look at this crazy high roll pop off game to vibe to!", pausing would be annoying. If the vid is "look at how I(or whoever) piloted this cool comp/made this cool transition/etc" I want alllll the pauses. Cause the game naturally outpaces how long it takes to talk about the decision making. So I'd keep up heavy pausing on any informative videos. And keep pausing to a minimum(highlight moments) for any videos that are just supposed to be more "show off" or highlight reels to check out and vibe to.

I feel like the fact that the new artifacts feel unit locked compared to the previous ones is the problem. Like comparing manazane and death defiance to witt’s end or blighting jewel you can immediately see why. Old artifacts seemed to help your board new ones seem to force it.

Silvermere dawn prowlers claw gnar3 with 6 dryad was the most fun comp Ive played this set and MAN was it wild. Super fun. I think artifacts were a big win, but I don’t think all of them should survive. Yes it’s fun to see trench coat plays but that + talisman of ascension feel awful to play against. Everything else is sweet though

Honestly feel like I've finally grown tired of this game. Perhaps it's just Vanguard forcing me unto mobile and thus not feeling like playing as much, but... just feels too distant from early TFT. It might not even be S11 in particular at fault, but lately it's become much clearer how from a basic game design perspective the devs reject old TFT. Wish there was something close to it. I know I'm in the fringe minority and I do hope everyone having fun keeps on doing so. Maybe I've just gotten terminal fatigue from the game.

I just hope there’s better visual clarity in the next set, didn’t really bother with this one because it was hard to even recognize the champions and then combat was even worse just a muddled mess 🤷‍♂️

Encounters are fun but they can just make your game way too hard off some insane rng, usually I'm okay with it but there's some encounters which help some people's spots/comps just way too much and the fact that it happens out of nowhere during the game can be a bit much. Also Fortune was too rng imo, I like that it's not necessarily crazy good in stage 2 but the variance of a 1 to 6 dice roll a literal dice roll idk I wish you had a bitttt more control. Like I had a game where I started on a 3 streak into support item carousel and I'm left with a choice between the treasure chest one and the gem which are by farrr the worst 2, but whatever it's not the end of the world. Then, I win my 4th and there's another encounter which is the 6 wukong radiant items and I already have my stage 2 carries itemized of course cuz I'm 4 streaking and I get the shittiest radiant items and I'm level 5 going vs a lvl 4 player with cho 2 and a random back liner 2 star both with like 3 giga bis radiant items and barely lose now I lose my 5 streak too for no reason at all which is just insane that something like that is within the possible rng of a game like it's just too much. Some of the encounters that just bring in chaos like you can field 7 unit or start lvl 3 or you have the Lillia one moving augments that's honestly more fun and interesting than a support or artifact item on carousel which can just completely screw some people over at least make it just a basic item or extra component that's fine or an anvil but some support or arrifact items are so far below or above others it's a bit unfun. With that being said tho I think exalted is my favorite trait I've seen thus far it's sooooo good and fun to try to think and play around, I am a bit new tho started set 8. Sorry for the long message Edit: portals are completely fine tho and I don't mind some things being a bit "counterintuitive" I like a fresh twist or idea on a champion especially irelia, as long as the design is fun and unique. Maybe twisted fate as the as magic user?

Sivir/Set encounter is basically a big middle finger to mobile players. Should never have made it through PBE. Small Indy company 🤷‍♂️

Also that setsuko griefing on the cashout feels like really poor design/BM. Is the fix just removing item bench so its more like mobile?

Something that might be interesting is a quick video around some of the more niche augments or emblems that aren't really a 'comp' in and of themselves. I.e. how to conceptually play around support or artifact gloves - when to take, best units Ditto for some of the more awkward emblems like altruist. Alternatively, a stats video where you explain how to accurately look at stuff like this would be great too. Teach a man to fish style 😅

Think artifacts are definitely a win. It can feel bad if you get a late anvil with nothing that fits, but I think that's more a timing of them from encounters happening randomly as opposed to an augment you pick on 2-1 or 3-2. To me, the point of them is that they are heavily specialized in a way that the regular items aren't. The way they've made changes to things like BT, I see the artifacts as being the opposite - highly specialized that you intentionally play arounf

I want to know the play data. Like compared to other sets with midset updates how many players stayed with it towards the end vs taking a break. For me personally this was the only set where I dropped the game completely. I enjoy when the meta is 4 cost based but something about the same 3 comps for what seems like an endless set.

As a casual I hate encounters. Some really change what comps I plan on going for even if I prefer some comps over others.

Exalted was definitely the slam dunk of this set. I also think Fortune was perfect: couldn't force it every game and couldn't keep it for the entire game.

artifacts are a failure to me, there are way to many in the pool some so worthless unless in a very specific scenario that you instantly lose if everybody else got an artifact that increases their team strength. I will NEVER take the artifact gold augment because you just brick so easily and my previous comment about the orn carousel

i hate encounters super unfun to lose streak into irelia carousel or winstreak into orn carousel guaranteed 8th no fault of your own. These terrible games greatly outway any fun i could have from a favorable or nuetral encounter edit: im almost Grandmaster
